Monday night will be the first of fairly good opportunities to see (with binoculars) the space tool bag. It will appear ahead of the ISS. Look southwest from around 17.52pm GMT for the UK. Will be a faint moving dot. 🔭 🧪

Good few hours spent at Hack Green not-so-secret Nuclear Bunker last weekend. An odd place for sure, but bizarrely my 3 year old and 18 month old both really love it!

First post injury / rehab run yesterday morning - under 2 miles and mostly walking, but nice to be back, running really is the best hobby!
