I've been trying to grow my beard out, but it's a challenge when I need to keep it neat for work and when I do go to a barber they tend to chop too much off. Had a good experience today, thanks to West End Barbers in Worthing. Now I just have to not fiddle with it myself!

Last night we saw the film "I Swear", a dramatised account of the life of John Davidson. John has Tourette Syndrome, lives with physical & verbals tics, & been the subject of several documentaries during his life. The film currently has 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes, now I know why. It is incredible
