Nice of Josh Kraft to try & offer up some “new ideas” to deal with our affordable housing crisis— shame he didn’t do his homework 1st. @gigi4district1.bsky.social & I already put forward an incentive for landlords to keep rents affordable. Boston needs solutions, not recycled ideas #TryAgain
