As an attorney, I find this ruling bizarre if not inexplicable. I haven't read the opinion but from the coverage it appears the judge admits the search was unconstitutional but still grants the rouge agents absolute immunity. That's just bullshit (a technical legal term) imo.

Who's surprised. Happ has been awful (field + bat) & certainly doesn't deserve to bat in the top 2/3 of the order. Kelly has NO business batting cleanup. And Tucker needs to sit for 3-5 days & maybe get his head back on straight. I'd play Cassie in RF for Tucker, batting 4th in front of PCA. #Cubs
