Sorry I've been quiet on the streaming front some busy stuff going on BTS (like getting my expired passport fixed so I can actually redeem a throne gift)

On one hand, even if we never saw that first attempt of a SoT remake trailer before development rebooted, I have no doubt in my mind a modern SoT remake would have been shit, but considering how often Ubisoft insisted this remake would come out, this is dire signs for Ubisoft
BREAKING: Ubisoft is canceling the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake and 5 other games (4 unannounced, 1 mobile). The company says it is also delaying 7 games (including an unannounced project believed to be a Black Flag remake) as part of a larger restructuring.

Having finished Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag in my off-time series revisit, it is still the best game in the series and honestly just one of the best games from that era, maybe the best Pirate game?
The fact it's made from scraps of the bloated unfocused AC3 is still funny

"Boss fights" but the boss isn't an actual enemy, it's an out of reach entity you get to hit every 30-60 seconds after doing platforming/fighting waves

Got reminded today how vague and undefined the idea of what's a video game "remaster, remake, reboot/adaptation" is and how it's been made confusing on all fronts, by the industry, pundits and audience, using the terms interchangably.

I don't really bang on about how much Timesplitters is my fav FPS shooter, so I've actually been following TimeSplitters Rewind for most of it's life and wow we actually have a public playable build and it feels pretty good feels good after all this time.

You know what something I've never really talked about online is since my early teens I've been a massive fan of Terry Pratchett and his Discworld series, have 30 of the books (some via omnibus editions) as well as some non-Discworld books he wrote.
