Anyone else think 'Knight of the 7 Kingdoms' has the exact same color palette as Skyrim?

Great share, Donna doesn't get enough love online imo.

"Sunrise," if you didn't know, describes in detail the funeral of Rex Jackson (Betty's husband and Grateful Dead crew) as conducted by Rolling Thunder, the GD's shaman in those days.

The era of legalized bribery. A Nixon scotus appointee struck down a major campaign finance law in the late 70s. That got RR enough $ to beat Carter. Then the Rs systematically dismantled the remaining guardrails 80-84.

DS tried to take the high road, got their asses kicked 4 elections in a row.

Basic literacy is still an emerging and expanding tech and we've been at it for 6000+ years. We may not survive the side effects of cloud-based culture long enough to integrate it humanely.

Follow up example for my "paper>silicon" idea:

Growing up everyone had a physical address book, trying to remember exactly when that ended for me.

Psychologists have studied how we mentally map information in a physical book in a way that screen information disrupts. How are communities affected?

Really? You don't think it was sent around yesterday so his quiet investor friends could know to buy before closing and wait for the bounce after the speech?

Those 3000 "friends" basically running interference?

Greed is the only motive I see with orynj poopbag.

I have had the same problem with Moana Boa. I bought JL Ponty's Tchokola when it came out in 1990.

Yesterday, driving home from NJ hearing the news that the stock market was reacting to the Greenland threat, my immediate thought was: oh, it's another market manipulation ad campaign.

Today, T walked it back, and the market bounced. I wonder who knew in advance the contents of his speech today?

It's way past time to see paper, ink, and graphite as an apex technology that silicon is actually a long way from improving on.

No. This needs to come out: the "tech bros" expect to render the fat from the poorest 66% into fuel to run data centers. Not kidding.
