i have already created themed cd storage boxes, for example: Mo Wax (DJ Shadow), T. Rex, Steeleye Span (+ Martin Cathy, Silly Sisters, June Tabor etc.), Swans (+ Young God label), Fairport Convention (and solo Richard, Sandy etc.), Palace (Will Oldham, Bonnie Prince Billy), Wu Tang Clan (& solo)....

After many years of trying to find the best ways to store cds, I am going to try a different way of grouping them in themed Really Useful 9 litre boxes. As I have moved to a smaller flat, i no longer have the space to keep cds in alphabetical order on open shelves. I already have themed crates.

By replacing the cd 💿 jewel cases with polyethylene wallets now means that the space taken up is only a third of what they were. I have left digi packs and special cds as they are. Be aware that the discarded jewel cases take up a lot of room and collectively weigh a ton🗑️♻️

I have Parkinson's and often get depressed and then lose the motivation and energy to cook and eat. But by making sure I get good quality fresh food delivered regularly does help - but it is difficult to use things up by the 'use by' dates. Writing this is helping to keep me motivated. ✏️

Decided to get rid of the plastic jewel cases from the majority of my cd collection, not realising what a mammoth task this is. i am exhausted from hours of throwing away tons of hard brittle plastic which is apparently difficult to recycle.
