Finally deleted Twitter from my phone, feels the right thing to do 👍. Whether it justifies going out for drinks to celebrate is a bit more morally ambiguous 😂

Surely this year someone is making a Mars V Nazis B movie spoof about an insane bigoted multi billionaire aiming to colonise the planet...
If not they're missing a huge trick!!

When the more famous right wing political trolls say something outrageous for a reaction, just ignoring them is better. Interacting with them is why we've ended up where we are today 😢

Some older people who stay near me, that I've known for 50 odd years, speak to whenever I see them and whose first names I don't know. They are always Mr or Mrs and their surname, wouldn't be the first time that a funeral was where I learned a full name! Don't know if this is a good/bad thing.

The one thing I really never got about #twitter was the number of people who would quote or argue with right wing accounts that were obviously being controversial for clicks. Ignoring the publicity seekers was always a better option.

When you get a lucky break or a piece of good fortune there must be a word to describe someone who can't be happy for you but inwardly rages it wasn't them getting the breaks!!
Might just be me but I seem to know a few people like this 😂

Darts nicknames are so unimaginative Luke rhymes with nuke so Luke the nuke. So John rhymes with le bon, so John le bon walking on to Duran Duran...

Good day at Newcastle races, everyone got a few winners after a dodgy betting slips into the bucket start 😂

Train to Newcastle with 2 pals, catch up and a day at the races. What could be better? Except I booked the wrong train so spent 2 hours listening to music and the excellent Empire podcast instead, might book the "wrong" train next time as well...😂

I seem to be copying most people on this and looking for a viable alternative to twitter. Will post mainly about Falkirk FC. Might occasionally post about politics or the environment having given up posting about more serious stuff on twitter.
