what i would really love to discuss is, is anyone exploring using interactive fractal dimensions to model ‘divergent fails leading to discontinuities’ as we try to reduce SOTA failure rates?

what I would really like to discuss is can anyone provide a simpler mitigation to the reasonably foreseeable standard (that puts developers and deployers in legal peril) other than a robust confessional representation and warranty ?
