Fiesha Parker was charged with a felony after her son, Elijah, was shot accidentally (it was not her gun). In a plea deal, she was required to write an apology letter to her son. On Jan. 17, she read it in court to Elijah. www.jsonline.com/videos/news/...

Could making gun safes exempt from sales tax result in more secure storage of firearms?
That is the idea behind a bipartisan bill circulating in Wisconsin's Capitol.
Several other states - red, blue and purple - have similar laws.
