Ive been reflecting on the last 2 years as I leave my on the phone call center job to something more specialized in the company
i see my previous life with art firmly in my past.
Theres something freeing about it. That all it takes for genuine progress in life is having the will to try.

Its taken just shy of 2 years to find this opportunity but I am happy I am finally leaving the call center.
No more taking calls and I'll be working on authorizing medications for our members.

One of the last projects I worked on before putting down the paint brush for good, Hit Point Press, Fool's Gold. I got to work with one of my favorite artist, Justin Chan. Still look back on those days and feel very fortunate.

I’ve had 4 raises and 2 bonuses so far at my current call centre job. I already make more than I ever did as an artist in games.
My company earned less last year but still gave raises

I’m doing pretty well at my new non art job
I’ve even spearheaded the creation of a new position and helped develop it. Was offered the position but I turned it down, as I would rather someone with better qualifications get it.
