And seeing how things have been going for me, my mental health has been in a pretty rough place.

Received news that our stage manager for the Merdeka concert I danced at passed away this evening.
One memory I'll never forget was during rehearsals where the venue we were rehearsing in was not only super hot, but very stuffy.
She saw that I wasn't doing too good, but I still wanted to rehearse.

Here is my understanding of it.

Was telling my mum that I'm overwhelmed with a lot on my plate. She reassured and believed in me that I can get everything all done successfully.
I haven't been feeling great lately, so having some sort of positive affirmation in any kind of way helps a lot.
Be kind to others.

After close to 7 hours on the road with my last job lasting for close to an hour battling traffic congestion while also coming close to running out of petrol, I'm finally home having dinner and feeling incredibly tired.
