It's not a surplus. It's educational support our kids didn't get, it's health care people didn't get. It's tens of thousands (or more probably) of overworked service people bearing the weight of a system intentionally being compromised by the UCP.

It's not a surplus. It's educational support our kids didn't get, it's health care people didn't get. It's tens of thousands (or more probably) of overworked service people bearing the weight of a system intentionally being compromised by the UCP.
