Not “might.” Foreign tourists are definitely avoiding the US. I know of many examples of this just in my little circle.
Because of evil Trump, foreign tourists might avoid the USA. I'm an American and don't blame them.
If you intend visiting the US as a tourist or sports person or any other business purpose, check your insurance then say goodbye to your family.
