I love that seeing "AuDHD" anywhere in someone's profile lets me know we're probably going to click.

Being able to spot "your people" with such a label is the single greatest benefit of these labels... which I otherwise hate.

My "brain functioning litmus" is to see how well I do with the daily NYT games, or the daily LinkedIn games.

If I'm struggling to do these little games, I know I'm "high support needs" that day... pop an Adderall, STAT!

I'm building a community for ADHD/AuDHD builders, founders, and creators... but it's a process.

I'm exhausted by noon because I have a buffer overrun and have 8 million thoughts bouncing around my head.

I wish I could just do easy stuff, like herd cats or divide by 0.
