As an Englishman I can tell you that a lot of things are not cricket.

Need a list of good family 'Christmas' TV and movies, but not the classics (some are only good through the lens of nostalgia) because the kids dgaf. Much as I love The Santa Clause and Jingle All The Way, those are 'cozy rum date night' movies now.

I don't post much about my work because pathological demand avoidance keeps me from it, but if anyone out there is into particle manipulation using ultrasonic phased array standing wave levitation, hit me up.

Tree went up today, a week earlier than I would deem 'normal'. I was thinking back to the year we did it on November 1st because it had been a difficult year. We haven't had it as bad as many, but yeah 2024 is an early crimbo kind of year.
