Because they don't really follow the teachings of Jesus.
One lady told me that you have to believe in virgin birth and Jesus alive again after death in order to be Christian.
She also cared more about old testament laws than the Beatitudes.
Few know 1st 5 books of Bible are the Jewish Torah.

Yesterday I called a company's corporate office to get help. The operator was able to give me a code to get live assistance.
Unfortunately it doesn't work on all their phone support lines.
The live assistance was still incompetent and did not resolve my issue.
