I’ve lost about 15 lbs since March! My progress in May was less than in previous months, but overall I’m happy with the pace at which I’ve been losing weight.

I’m about the weight I was a year ago, but I’m looking forward to continuing more weight loss all summer! 🤞

Before I forget, I just wanted to mention that after 4 months of slowly trudging through this book, I finally finished reading Wicked.

Didn’t like it. Would not recommend. The sex didn’t bother me — the story was just boring.

After 2 months of dieting and increasing my step count, I’ve lost a little over 10 lbs! 🥳

I’ve been trying to lose some of my winter weight, and I know it’s not much but I lost 6.5 lbs in March and I’m feeling pretty proud of myself!

Resist anyone who would, like all of Tolkien’s villains, disregard human rights and dignity in favor of profit, power, or efficiency.

Put your love into action and, please, never lose heart. 🍓
