In 13 seasons, Harrison Barnes has played alongside a who's who of NBA glitterati -- from Steph to Dirk to Luka to Wemby.

On the NBA's version of Forrest Gump, and how he came to have a front-row seat to basketball history:

From starting with the Warriors and Stephen Curry to a stint in Dallas with Dirk Nowitzki and now with the Spurs and Wemby, Barnes has seen it all.

Generally a fan of the BlueSky but folks' general inability here to comprehend how live Tweeting works is something I was kind of unprepared for.

It's like, yes, I am aware there is more than one quarter in a basketball game. You don't have to parachute in a day later to tell me.
The Spurs are choking out Golden State at the start of this one.

Warriors with one FG in the final eight minutes (!!!) of the 1Q as Spurs seize a 28-14 early lead.

The (wasted triple doubles) Triple Take: Warriors 125, Spurs 120

1. Spurs played with fire vs. the wrong team

2. De'Aaron's dud shows Fox still needs to regain rhythm

3. Warriors challenged Wembanyama's blocked-shot streak, predictably

When the Spurs added Chris Paul last season, the logical assumption was that he was about to turn San Antonio into Lob City 2.0.

Who knew it took the arrival of Luke Kornet to make that happen?

On Kornet, Steph Castle and the NBA's newest alley-oop combo:

While the Spurs are scrapping to stay in this one, we've got a double triple-double alert:

Stephon Castle is one rebound away.
Victor Wembanyama is two assists away.

GSW 112, Spurs 108 with 3:11 to go.

Spurs have gone away from what works on offense + allowed Golden State to turn the third quarter into a free-throw contest.

Recipe for a comeback.

Warriors take first lead since early 1Q on a Curry 3-pointer, 74-73.

Jonathan Kuminga has been ruled out for the rest of the game with knee soreness.

Pretty brutal end to the half for the Spurs, who go scoreless over the final 3:30 thanks to some pretty poor shot-selection and decision-making.

Had Warriors down by 16. Now lead cut to 56-49 at intermission.

Let Golden State off the hook a bit.

Some us do have to adjust our plans, John
Per league release, Utah and San Antonio have moved their MLK game on Jan. 19 up three hours to 4 p.m. Central time. Adjust your plans accordingly.

Coming into Monday, Wemby was 8 for 34 from 3-point range in his first nine games (23.5%).

So of course he goes 6-of-9 against the Bulls, including back-to-back fourth-quarter daggers.

The last time the Spurs were 8-2 after 10 games, Victor Wembanyama was an 11-year-old basketball prodigy in France.

That was in 2015.
