The US will never be the same. I do not believe Grump is the illness, he is the symptom. If not him, others will take his place.
This is the most astonishing graph of what the Trump regime has done to US science. They have destroyed the federal science workforce across the board. The negative impacts on Americans will be felt for generations, and the US might never be the same again.

NATO is not in crisis. Did you know article 5 of NATO was invoked only once. Every NATO country came to the help of one country, no questions asked. Denmark lost more per capita in conflicts that resulted than any other NATO country.
