in a parent group for one od my kid's university. someone posted about their student being in a class where notes must be taken by hand, not devices. no reason, just professors having big feelings I guess. *there isn't a school wide policy.

insurance sucks so much. my little one receives multiple therapies and is losing her much-loved OT. we had scheduled two appointments this week to make it last a little longer. Just got a call that she can only be seen once per week so they canceled tomorrow, her final visit. losing...

I have lost 100lbs over the past year. my blood pressure is higher, I'm weaker, and my pain levels are about the same, except for my tricky knee, that's worse, go figure.
my point is that being overweight isn't always the culprit, and losing weight isn't always the answer.
