I feel this every day. This is good advice.
Something I find useful to remember:
When one thing makes you stressed out, your body/brain gets worse at differentiating between the existential dangers and the everyday ones.
So if it feels like EVERYTHING is irreversibly awful in your life, that may be part of what's happening.

Maybe what we need is to convince some other billionaires to go up against Musk and the others in a campaign to turn things around. They could be heroes, there’s some benefit to that, right? Like Warren Buffet, Makenzie Scott?

The disgusting irony of so many Trump supporters believe the federal agencies are the “swamp” full of corruption, waste, fraud, and abuse, & Musk-DOGE are “white knights” draining the swamp. Reality: Musk/Trump is injecting corruption into the system and killing off the parts of govt they dislike.👎
