After traffic congestion and cost of schooling are the alarms of water & sewer capacity. All legit and require scrutiny, but shld the need to expand W/S infrastructure to accommodate urgently needed housing be carried by housing developers?

I had the rewarding opportunity to spend a day at Community First in January ‘24. There is much to learn from their model
