#Writers What is your pre writing ritual to summon the muses or get in your zone?

Mine is putting on a lapis lazuli ring (IDK why, but it's working as a most l muse conduit so I'm sticking to it!) and a Spotify instrumental playlist based on the mood of the story/chapter.
