So now Musk’s Starlink company has a huge deal with India. Why are we not seeing that it is wrong to have Musk run our government and have access to all of our private data?

Can someone explain to me why it is OK for an American Vice President to “bait” a visiting foreign president during a press conference meeting in the White House?
