Definitely the most challenging part of writing for this prompt was writing a ghost character that seems like such a real, breathing, living human being to Seokjin. Zee - Moodboard Artist. Prompter for BTSMBFest Season 2 Making moodboard since: December 2022 What makes mb making fun? I started making moodboards because I had so many ideas for fics and yet I was not interested in actually writing, so this was a way for me to express my ideas in a different way! I then began to create moodboards for my partner (who is a fic writer) and it caught on! now I love making boards for my own creativity but also as a way to help others bring their fics to life. each moodboard is a completely new world you are building and the possibilities are endless. I love challenging myself to find new and better elements to bring these worlds to life! Apps & Style - I use I find most of my images on Pinterest and then edit photos as needed using picsart mainly. and then I make the actual moodboard on collageable! - I love to include hands in my moodboards! I believe so much can be said through hands, whether it’s love, longing, anger, desire, etc. Brand I believe my moodboards are often sleek and simplistic as I like to let the themes of the moodboard shine as opposed to using too many colors or outside design elements. I tend to try to firmly stick to color schemes of 1-3 colors. I also try to make my boards diverse in the sense that I prefer to only have one of each element on the board as a way to tell as much of the story as possible. for example, I try to not use more than one photo of something (e.g. a flower, hands, food, a car, etc.) as I like to incorporate all angles of a story rather than just one or two main elements. Moodboard count: i’ve created over 120 moodboards so far! when i made my first moodboard over two years ago, i never would’ve thought this would turn into such an incredible hobby, and now i can’t imagine not making them constantly. 🥹 Your first moodboard I do! it was a yoonmin board based on an idea I had inspired by Star Wars and the tv show the 100. Jimin is a space prince who has never set foot on a planet before and is forced to go to Earth [for] the first time. there he meets Yoongi, the son of the leader of one of the few human groups left on Earth after a disaster. This is still one of my favorite boards to this day! Advise your younger self I used to tell myself I had no creativity and no artistic talent. So I’d say that everyone has their own creativity and artistic talent takes on so many forms! there is not a single correct way to do art so start exploring! Fav moodboard I believe my favorite is the monochrome jihope fantasy one. I adore jihope and I love making fantasy-inspired moodboards as they allow me to have [too] much freedom with my creativity, and this one is pretty dark which I thought was fun to create for jihope since they are my two little sunshines!
