As we go into the w-e I just want to say 🙏🏻 to all my committed staff in Adults and Children’s services - you are amazing and make a difference to Trafford residents
Is it just me or is it slightly dis-spiriting that Rachel de Souza says I don’t know where the children I am responsible for are - one of the hardest things I do is making balanced decisions when there is no placement available
