Purple haired Faerie Hobi has been captured by the mad King and put on display along with multiple other magical creatures. Being treated like a pet in a zoo with people staring and pointing in the day and it's a different kind of torture at night. Iron burns them so iron cages keep them contained and Hobi has lost hope in escaping alive. Until, a group of vigilantes breaks in, sets them all free and carts them off to treatment and recovery. And that's how he meets Jimin. jimin, a wealthy 20-something in college, goes back to busan for the summer break, back to the luxury and loneliness that is his parents and childhood home. his mother informs him upon arrival that the house is being renovated but he is welcome to stay while the renovations take place. jimin goes out to drink and have fun (w taehyung or the other members) sees a guy at the bar and decides to throw caution to the wind and decides to have sex with the guy in the bar bathroom before leaving him there and getting obliterated with his friends. jimin wakes up early the next morning with a hangover from hell, made even worse by the loud hammering of renovations. angry he goes to confront the worker, only to come face to face with hoseok, the guy from the bar and one of the guys working on his house all summer and the guy who might’ve walked into his life at just the right time ☀️ please feel free to get as creative as you want, tweak anything you want, and flesh out jimin and hoseok's characters to your liking! ☺️ DW: a little enemies to lovers, light or heavy angst, smut, jihope flirting and trying to get one another to crack, sexual tension, fluff/happy ending, jihope summer love DNW: fest restrictions, sad/open ending, mcd, a/b/o

Hoseok met Namjoon first on his very first day in the office. The tall, broad man clumsy stumbled his way into the elevator and almost collided with him, who was trying to step out. He had his hands full with a big, heavy tower of boxes filled with paperwork and couldn’t really see what was in front of him. “I’m so sorry,” Namjoon had said after the semi-collision, rebalancing the boxes in his hands with Hoseok’s help. “I didn’t see you.” “Hard to see anything with those boxes on the way,” Hoseok answered with a chuckle. “What floor are you going to?” “Damn right,” Namjoon said. Then, “Tenth floor, please. And thank you.” Hoseok pressed the button, then shifted back to take a couple boxes from the tower in Namjoon’s grip. Now that they could finally see each other’s faces, Hoseok spotted the polite smile on Namjoon’s face and the soft dimples that came along. “I’m Namjoon by the way. Are you new around here?” “Hoseok, and yes; today’s my first day.” “Oh! Your first day and I’m already giving you a hard time,” the man furrowed his eyebrows, shaking his head in denial like he couldn’t believe his luck. “I’m so sorry, I—” “Nah, please, don’t beat yourself up! I’m glad I was around to help you with these,” Hoseok was quick to say, trying his best to sooth Namjoon. “What are they, if I may ask?” “Just old paperwork that the big boss needs to look at,” Namjoon answered with a sigh. “They’re so messy, I hope I won’t get scolded.”
