I don't have SFM, so I tried drawing #Krystal like one of her models, and I imagined a #Jamie model to look like the way he's drawn.

I'm the first one on BlueSky to do this cheeky remake, but I won't be surprised if someone recreates it with this duo using 3D models (SFM Jamie, anyone? o.o).

I'm going to bring this up again: looking at mini notebooks instead of smartphone screens in bed. What does #Krystal think? E.g., when #Jamie uses his notebook to explore Arabic words (like what became "coffee") that changed human history.

Jamie, lying in bed with Krystal, using a miniature notebook where he has written the words "news", "until", "travel", "human being", "sugar", "tea" and "coffee" in Arabic, while ruminating over the "ripple effect" of the Arabic word "قهوة", which eventually made its way to English (via Ottoman Turkish, then Dutch) as "coffee", which itself was borrowed into Japanese and Korean.

Alright... I have to put this out here. I'm with #Jamie in escaping into a more comfortable and less negatively unpredictable universe where things are like they used to be/how they should be.

Luckily, he has sweet souls like #Krystal, the sweetest of them all.

Jamie, wrapped in a little blanket on the sofa, expressing to Krystal how he wants a life and world where AI-generated content (e.g. slop), eyes being glued (quite literally) to screens, online shopping and massive social media consumption are all non-existent, and how he's rather have a thing where everything is made organically, both smartphones and payphones exist, money is cash-only (and therefore more carefully thought about), books are more often used than screens, quality film series like The Amazing Digital Circus (in Tigrinya) are shown in actual, physical cinemas rather than just online, instant messaging is always risk-free and there is an increasing preference of non-video games.

As we'll see the 35th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog in June this year, I think it would make more sense for the next Takeover to happen around then instead of now.

Learning how Habesha (especially Tigrinya) music theory and how Eritrean music (Habesha and otherwise) works. The Tizita (ትዝታ) and Bati (ባቲ) scales, phrases like "my lemon" or "my heart", what emotions each scale mode are supposed to convey etc.
Jamie thinking about what he's learned about typical Eritrean music and how it works, so he can figure out what the best kind of tracks influenced and inspired by such he could make, depending on the scenario and mood caused by said scenario.

I had a go at drawing Cheese the Chao as an adult imagining Cream the Rabbit, using the typical #Sonic aesthetics, after figuring out that out of all the most notable female characters, Cream would be the best to be called an "unripe lemon*".

Jamie learning Tigrinya in a similar way Duolingo would with its taught languages, but obviously without the app (hence the words "that green owl" crossed out) and with a notebook and an online dictionary instead. While translating one Tigrinya sentence he came up with into English, He also imagines an adult Cheese playing a song about Cream being "his unripe lemon" - a metaphor for a beautiful, humble woman of a young age.
