The Library of Congress has acquired the photographs and manuscripts of Raúl Ruiz, a leading journalist in the Chicano Movement in Los Angeles during the 1960-70s.

The acquisition was one of the last obtained under LoC’s Carla Hayden before Trump fired her early May.
