This season (6) of the handmaids tale was horribly written, destroyed every ounce of character development, & gave a disastrous ending (or no ending at all) to every character in the series. I am so disappointed. This was worse than Game of Thrones Season 8. I waited 3 years for this? #handmaidstale

If we get a new #hungergames book from Suzanne Collins, because tbh Sunrise on the Reaping felt more like a sequel to TBOSAS in a lot of ways than a stand alone prequel, I think it might be from Plutarchs perspectives on Finnick and/or Joanna Mason's games. Themes of how to build resistance and hope

Sunrise on the reaping has absolutely wrecked me. The backstory on characters we already know. The reveals of new information that was previously hidden from us or manipulated. The parallels between all the books and characters. And the sheer emotions from the story on its own. Wrecked. 12/10.

#sunriseonthereaping had me audibly gasping over, and over, and over again. For a book where supposedly we know how it starts and ends (because we are shown his games in Catching Fire) to shock me is insane. This is one of the best books I have ever read, perhaps my new favorite in the series.

The production this season...is not it. The only viable girls with a path to the top are Lexi Love, Jewels Sparkles, Suzie Toot, Onya Nurve, and Sam Star. And at this point Onya has two undeserved wins so they are probably gonna crown her. Jewels was robbed this week AGAIN!
