Oh no, ADHD moment: I'm editing this audition, I nailed a take first try, and then after laughing at something, I then re-take that same one 4 more times, messing up on 3, having thought I never did it that first time 🤭
I only just realized it a day later as I'm preparing it 😅

Dedicating my living room PC to voiceover work!
Realized I use my laptop for too many things and I would prefer something that is just always ready to go and focused
Downloading software and testing hardware, plus it matches the pink theme of my booth so it feels destined 😁

Booth updates!
Finished out the roof to the point it could move, cleared out the floor so it could exit the garage and enter the house, finishing with felt and rubber will be done inside.
Floor needed some patching, decided to seal all the OSB and open foam and drywall cuts. Walls started as well!

I have to be careful with the weight, the floor is intentionally so dense I can barely move it, the ceiling will be the lightest panel for this modular room. My pink felt is scheduled for delivery today 😁

MLV is such a pain to work with, it's so heavy and ungainly! It'll be worth it though, the base of the booth will have two layers, sandwiched on either side of the frame. Of all pieces I don't mind the floor being a bit of a tank, mass matters!

Changing dimensions to 4x5 instead of 4x4 because each wall is going to be 6 inches thick and I want them all to sit on the base and be interchangeable themselves. This is a modular design to be disassembled and moved wherever!
