Finally home, eating and cooling off. It’s still dark out—67° outside, but my classroom sits at 78°. Third year in a row I’ll start school with barely any AC.

Last day of prep before students begin tomorrow! Gonna head in a few hours early to get a jump on things this morning.

Second day! I'm happy, I just have RBF. 😀😃

First day down. Eight hours of training, then 5 more hours of sanding tables. I had a little help from my old 5th grade teaching partner (she had fun!), and I paid a student to help too. So, we are done with 10 of 13 tables. I'll go when I get up in the morning to finish sanding the last 3.
