With freezing temperatures expected, DeKalb County is activating warming centers for residents from Thursday, Nov. 28, through Sunday, Dec. 1. Two Teens Arrested in Macon for Stolen Vehicle and Firearms Charges
Two 17-year-olds were arrested in Macon late Monday after investigators recovered a stolen vehicle, firearms, and ammunition at a gas station on Rocky Creek Road. What Happened: Around 11:30 p.m. on November 25, Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies found a Kia Soul reported stolen three days earlier. When officers approached the vehicle, the suspects fled into nearby woods. Following a brief chase, investigators apprehended both teens.
