So taking a $400 dono from the artist to do a first listen review of their music live on stream while fuckin zooted isn't the final evolution?

My partner is out of state for the next few days and I'm still in an ankle brace and can't go down stairs.

This is like Rear Window but instead of peeping tom a murder mystery I'm just obsessively looking at housing studies, struggle-coding AI slop and tweeting about WNBA dildos

I never saw the end of 28 Years Later coming, I might have screamed.

Then google image searched a bunch of pics to show my boyfriend.

Asked Gemini to help with a quick react / tailwind page prototype and I kept rejecting the fonts and combos it used and asking for changes.

Then Gemini send me a download link to a 127-page e-book called "Find Out How Type Works."

Like it just called me 𝒂 𝒃𝒖𝒎 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒏𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆 in creative commons.

The best welcome to a Discord server I've ever gotten 😭

Please send me good vibes, in the last two weeks I've

- cut open my hand (and used superglue to seal the wound so i could stop the bleeding enough to find cotton wrapping and gauze)
- twisted my ankle
- got a black eye

Something that really doesn't get talked about enough:

What are the implications for AI once vibe coders become self aware?
July 6, 2025 at 8:44 PM
not sure if this counts as passing the Turing test, but vibe coding has definitely convinced a lot of morons they're engineers

Does anyone I know have a Bloomberg online subscription and could do a 'gift this article' for one article?

I won't tell anyone you subscribe to Bloomberg if you don't tell anyone what article I wanted. ❤️

Just finished Mountainhead and hated it completely. I'm a Succession superfan, so every line felt like a knockoff and/or some earnest, shallow tech-bro word salad with an echo of Succession dialogue, but with no sibling to mock it.

"Relax to" is such a troll playing slides and AI pics about this shit bill

I bought an issue of CMJ Magazine from 2006 on eBay because I couldn't find it online, and they sent me the wrong magazine

Making fun of 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤 as a millennial without a maxed 401k and savings is crazy. You're gonna work as a Wal-Mart greeter until you're 90 if they don't have kids.

Working as a contractor means I absorb chaos and stress alone. Makes me miss and appreciate having solid co-workers and good office buddies.

This phrase used to puzzle me, but now waking up to it, even if it's from a temp co-worker I'll never meet IRL, is 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 feeling in the world.

My least favorite internet thing is how fast people use "you're crashing out," or "you have BPD?" or "i worry for your mental health" or "this is why this generation is cooked" or "💀" to respond to what used to be normal vulnerability online.
