Okay, I know I've said that more marching bands should go back to playing selections from musicals, but combining songs from Hadestown, A Chorus Line, Rent, Les Miserables, Hamilton, and Wicked into one single show is certainly a choice

My hip has not tried to seek its revenge yet, actually opting to feel better than it has in days even though I was sat at my desk all day yesterday and ran around doing laundry today. I am concerned.
My hip eventually relented enough for me to go watch a community performance by my nephew's high school band, but since I sat on a stadium bleacher for an hour to do so, it may seek its revenge again tomorrow. Damn bodies, attacking at random

I finished rereading the Captive Prince trilogy for the first time in years and, y'know, I think my memory embroidered it with a bit more kinkiness than was necessarily present. Or, conversely, I have read far too much questionable bl manga in the interim and reset my own mental scale

Today I'm home from work because my hip went into an absolute rage this morning after I got up and I just couldn't face trying to get into my car, never mind sitting at my desk all day. It has improved a bit but not fast enough for my taste

New Saturday, new opportunity to watch another fancy marching band competition that my nephew's in. But bless the technology that lets me watch from my couch 5 hours away. It's not as good as being there, but that is a long drive and I think my hip would actually murder me if I tried

I’m at a fancy marching band competition today (bc it’s my nephew’s last season) and I have decided that the not-fancy ones that my high school went to were more fun bc they always had a bunch of teeny bands first so you could appreciate the giant ones
