Very excited to be beginning a new series on creating APIs with .Net. This will consist of a mix of podcasts, video and blog posts with my co-author, Joe Dluzen. The first video will be up soon (on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts), but here's a taste... app.screencast.com/q9yLoP8OnRQgF

Reading the new book Without Precident about the Roberts court. Not an objective review, nor does it pretend to be, but a devestating indictment.

Is there a realistic estimate of how many people participated in No Kings? Thanks!

I see from the NYT that the White House (and other R operatives) have joined BlueSky. That is unfortunate, as it will (inevitably?) lead to politicization, and we will take the first steps down the road that led to X becoming a cesspool of invective.

I'm so tired of being told
"we disagree politically, but we can be friends!" If your opinion is that children shouldn't be fed, that the poor shouldn't be housed, that people can't marry who they wish, then yes, that most delinitely means we can't be friends.

I was thinking that ai could eventually be used maliciously against hosted programs. Of course ai could also be used to harden software. Might turn into another arms race

Unless copilot learns to edit binary files. Actually, that's a scary thought. Would open up hacking of anything by anybody!
Configuration through json sounds like an important improvement.

This would also allow editing of the json by agents. Because of AI I expect a general trend towards all software using more old fashioned configuration files.

Is there a place for “for sale” here?
I just got a new Pickleball paddle and want to sell my two-month-old Diadem Warrior. $105 on Amazon, asking $70 + shipping. Will delete this of inappropriate
