Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner condemned the fatal ICE shooting of Renee Good in a news conference Thursday, calling it the "Nazification of immigration enforcement."

He vowed to prosecute any officer in the city who behaved similarly.

After DOJ officials cut grants that funded a violence prevention program in Kensington, among others, Philly nonprofits are feeling the squeeze in 2026.

DOJ says the remaining funds will go toward law enforcement efforts moving forward.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, who was accused of assaulting his daughter and threatening her with violence, was acquitted on all charges this afternoon.

As the jury finished reading the verdict, he yelled "Thank you, Jesus."

The Philadelphia Police Dept. plans to add an unarmed, volunteer 'auxiliary unit', possibly as early as next year.

The unit would assist with community engagement and assist officers at large public gatherings (many in Philly coming up).
