I just published a trailer for my YouTube channel.

It’s not flashy. Just an honest invitation to learn Torah that’s rooted, thoughtful, and open to real life.

If you’ve been looking for a space like that, maybe this is for you.

Jewish resilience is a gift.

Its well is deep, full of nourishing waters.
Make sure that you know how to drink from it.
For it will sustain you.

All the more so, I think the story suggests that he was so tired from his labor that he passed out on Friday night on the roof.

If he's that tired, he's not noticing flakes or clouds.

I think all of the characters are interacting in the land of Israel.

While Hillel the Elder was from Babylonia, he traveled and learned in Israel.

Shmaya and Avtalyon taught about Herod's reign.

Over the last months, I’ve just been trying to keep @timothysnyder.bsky.social’s advice from On Tyranny in the front of my mind.

We are in the thick of it now, and we must stay grounded.

If you haven’t read the book, here’s the list from his newsletter.

They’re all home.
There are no more hostages.

Barukh ata Hashem, matir asurim.
Blessed is God, who returns the bound.

I just want to cry from relief.

You can (and probably should) put it on your bedroom as well, in nearly any scenario.

But I'll make sure to include that in the video.

I know it is silly, but I'm all about celebrating small wins.

Here are the next videos I'm planning on releasing in the near future.

1. How to put up a mezuzah
2. How to light Shabbat candles
3. How to recite Shabbat Kiddush

The Trump-Vance admin is exactly what they said they were going to be.

Cruel.

ICE is a manifestation of that cruelty.
It cannot remain.

Ok, strange question:

I'm moving soon, and so the background in my office/Zoom/YouTube videos will be changing. I have a ton of meaningful objects in my background that I've never explained.

Do you think people would care if I made a video about those objects and why they are there?
