Throwback Wednesday (new platform, new conventions!) to hanging out backstage with The Sweet. And then learning that there were 2 The Sweet bands touring based on how they split up. One toured North America, one Europe. Only Steve Priest (rip) was in the NA band. 📸: @blobbycat.bsky.social

I wrote to my MLA today, Bowinn Ma. I’d really like to see shelf space at our B.C. Liquor stores reflect the offerings of friends and allies, with an eye to increased domestic products once interprovincial barriers are reduced. Let’s start planning for what needs to happen .

I feel like buying an ounce of Germanium. I think Canadians should get first dibs as it’s smelted here. It would be way cooler than Pokémon cards. And if many of us did this the export supply would be pretty…slim

Maybe I’m biased because I get paid to shoot portraits, but I feel like you should have alternate portraits in your collection. Here is my standard (and recent) self-shot corporate headshot and also my outdoor one wearing my dad’s Yukon work outfit from the 60s when he first arrived in Canada.
