My favorite Super8 camera I no longer use. It was autographed by Bruce Campbell back in 2001. He loved it.
I brought the photo from our first meeting. He was delightful. We talked a bit longer than the allotted time.
As I left he shouted, “Let’s do this in another 23 years and see where we are!”

The latest spur of the moment was Elphaba from Wicked. She was a good price on clearance and even though Glinda was there as well, I felt no pull to her, only Elphaba. As a basic figure, I’ll be making a broom for her over the next few days.

Purely Nostalgic, I ordered the CampSnap CS8 “super8” digital camcorder. I looked at the reviews before pulling the trigger and it’s fun enough to go for it. Now the waiting, which according to Tom Petty, is the hardest part. I have Super8 cams, but the cost of film makes it for special occasions.

This prints on thermal paper, which also means these are t forever photos.
