It’s quite humorous (read: abhorrent) for a CEO to tell people “work harder” than them if anyone wants to surpass them; meanwhile, the CEO is able to schedule themselves a year in advance. Think about it: if you actually have a lot of work, scheduling a week in advance feels impossible. IYKYK.
