👏🏼👏🏼 The obsession with shiny objects at the expense of improving everyday livability is so Dallas. This city will never be a "globally competitive city" until it learns to prioritize public health over private wealth. What our projects really need to “hug” are the residents who make the city work

Par for the course for being on the “wrong side” of I-30. The Fair Park stories also seem to never address developing and maintaining the park as an ecosystem of care for nearby residents (only big events), nor do they mention the lack of investment in neighborhoods and TOD surrounding the park
