It’s impossible to go back to regular scheduled programming when your ancestors remind you that you are indeed in a new timeline where your spirit is not to be rushed . I hear the wind clearer . I’m walking lighter and I have everything I need when I need it

As long as you’re being your true authentic self, rejection can feel very validating, freeing. Being clear on who you are clears out any form of misalignment. We often take rejection personally when it’s rarely even about us. Your energy is not for everyone and that’s a blessing.

Well I'm done at the doctor. I didn't have anything wrong with the tendon. I had diverticulitis. So I'm not happy. This stinks and I take good care of myself. I only drink water. I'm going home finally.

confidence is quiet. confidence knows it exists & has no need to announce itself.
but external validation? it may disguise itself as confidence, but it is insecurity crying out for approval — it has to source from outside of itself, because it has no confidence within itself.

When I was dating, there were multiple times where I had to tell someone "You don't need to use therapy language with me, I am not going to cancel you, please say exactly how you feel, that is what romance is about..." and then I'd finally get the real person under that
