A former Prime Minister of Australia has referred to the new Opposition leader and head of the federal Liberal party "as the best qualified idiot they’ve ever met". Oh, and this former PM was also a Liberal party and coalition PM. #auspol #libspill

it's a double poll night in South Australia. YouGov is reporting figures that are still diabolical for the Liberals (and great for One Nation), but less diabolical than Newspoll:

Labor 37%
One Nation 22%
Liberal 20%
Greens 13%
Others 8%

Why is someone starting to use a hammer drill at after 9pm at night. I don't get it. If one used it between 7pm and 9pm, yeah ok that is fine, no problem. It just seems a rather odd time to start work by hammering into concrete from now. There is always weekend around the corner

I've noticed an odd timeframe with supplied content on twitter/X site, recently. I stay on there for news and current events, but sometimes in the evening after dinner, twitter goes quite silly, pushing crap. Even though Europe is awake and events are occuring, people are tweeting, but my feed goes 💩

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reports that Russia offered the US a $12 trillion deal for sanctions relief

Ukraine in exchange for money: US-Russia deal revenues could reach only $340 billion, far short of claimed $12 trillion
Even with sanctions lifted, assessments show Russian income streams would be unstable and insufficient to meet Kremlin claims.

Well, now I can try and remove the stain in one of the car seats that has been there since I brought the car. Seats are pretty good otherwise for their age. I can't say the same for the car's sills.

My internet takes forever to connect, at first I thought it was the wifi, no, it is the NBN.

I only stepped out for a quarter an hour to go to the post office(I was away 15 minutes, maybe I should have left the service on. It took me another 20 minutes to get the thing to connect. 🙄🤦‍♂️
