“We, the People of the United States of America, reject the U.S. Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling and other related cases, and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.”
Why not treat corporations as real people?
Why should corporations be prohibited from participating in politics?

Monopolies and oligopolies produce lots of "cheap stuff" but not the "right stuff."
Why should we care about competitive markets?
Why should the government break up monopolies and oligopolies?

Why tax the rich?

The most logical response to the current economic dilemma is not needless cuts to social programs, not increases in debt or sales of securities, and not tariffs or sales taxes, but instead, increasing equity of economic opportunity through increased tax rates for the rich.
Why tax the rich?
Why should those with higher incomes be taxed at higher rates?

Why not return to the "Gilded Age"?

In a recent press conference, Trump explained why he is so enamored with tariffs. "You know, our country was the strongest, believe it or not, from 1870 to 1913. You know why? It was all tariff-based.

Why not go back? Read why in the post below.
