after i finish writing my alien fic, i have a fic vaguely planned that i think is going to be the longest one yet. its musician jayvik au but i think its gunna follow them from first meeting, to best friends, to falling out, and then getting back together. wondering abt making it multiple works??

the way i write fanfic versus the way i do my Real Work is so absurdly different. I plan my real stuff, i have notebooks for everything. fanfic? vague plan. rawdogging each chapter. i dont write chapters in advance. i write and then publish. and its nice to not have the pressure

i have 3 days before i get feedback on my diss and my life becomes a rewriting nightmare of stress before its all handed in in february. i am Not Ready for it and also, can i crack out another fanfic chapter before then

sometimes i think im p good at writing in american english and then i remember i use the unpopular now but very British 'Speech marks' not the more common but American "speech marks" so the whole thing is rug pulled by my grammar choices

the weirdest parts of my diss bibliography: 1 episode of QI, an out of print book about hereditaty deafness on martha's vineyard, arcane season 2, a section of weird stop motion movie from the 80s my mom is obsessed with called 'Comet Quest' (Uk title) where mark twain makes kids meet Satan.
