The scale gave me good news today.
Don’t get me wrong I’ve been working my tail off for it, but it’s always nice when the scale shows it too.
I’m so damn proud of myself. I’m not there yet. Got a long way to go before hit my lowest which was 248.
But I’m the right path. I can do it.

I’m so damn proud of myself. I’m not there yet. Got a long way to go before hit my lowest which was 248.
