Super easy and mostly healthy. Can of artichoke hearts, some chunky garlic/herb spaghetti sauce, and whole wheat pasta. Season as you like. 🍽️

Made this Saturday night. Started with a can of peeled yellow tomatoes, a pouch of butternut squash gnocchi and some shrimp. Used fish sauce, yuzu hot sauce, thyme, diced pepperoncini, sautéed garlic and onions, oregano and nutmeg for the gravy. Came out pretty swell. 🍽️

An attempt at a baked potato risotto. Perhaps russet next time instead of gold, but either way, quite tasty when paired with a nice filet mignon. 🍽️

Tonight was a fun one. Chicken Vesuvio! The sauce was the star of this one, but ya know... 10 cloves of garlic were involved and these things happen. Peas were there, too. 🍽️
