Mine is at the end of June. Ran 6k on Sunday which is the furthest I've run in 6 months. It sucked but I know the course is flat as fuck so I can absolutely get away with hitting 17k long runs and getting away with it

I'm in a haunted pub. I've read one book this year so far. I'm 115kg. The last 12 months made it really easy to hide mental and physical illness from people. I'm taking steps to counteract the bad shit. I'm still difficult as hell to like, but I'm less bothered by it

Right, here's an update. Stopped drinking, just started again. I have a new job. I'm training for a half marathon. I've started back at Strongman. The end.
